JW Safari Tours SA is an independent Travel Agency and Tour Operator.
Booking:A DEPOSIT per person is required to reserve a space on a trip. The deposit is due immediately to ensure your space/ reservation. Upon cancellation, or a change in travel (dates etc.) JW Safari Tours SA may need to pass on accommodation and/or flight cancellation/amendment costs.
Payments:Final payment is due at least 60 Days before travel. To secure your reservation, timely instalment payments must be made until the final payment due date. In the event that there is failure to make timely instalment payments, JW Safari Tours SA may need to pass on any accommodation and/or flight cancellation costs.
Payment by check: No cheque payments will be accepted.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, any cancellations has to be confirm in writing 60 days before travel. Deposits and payments made may incur cancellation or amendment costs. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.
Flights: JW Safari Tours SA is not responsible for any portion of the trip that is missed due to flight delay or cancellation and/or transfer delay or cancellation. The tour will commence at the scheduled time and date, and the traveller is responsible for catching up with the group in case of a delay.
Travel Insurance Waiver: International Trips - Travel Insurance is required for every person traveling on International Groups; proof of coverage will be necessary to travel. Proof of coverage must be provided when the trip is paid in full. If you choose to decline Insurance coverage, you understand the risks of not purchasing travel protection.
Tour arrangements and pricing: Accommodations will be provided in twin-bedded rooms if Double, Triple, or Quadruple occupancy with private baths. Single occupancy can be provided in a single bedded room. Meals are included only as specified on the itinerary. Please note that the sequence of days in the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of JW Safari Tours SA. We cannot change or alter the itinerary to accommodate other requests, needs, or changes by individual travellers.
Responsibility: No delay or failure to take action under these Standard Terms and Conditions shall constitute any waiver by JW Safari Tours SA of any provision of these terms and Conditions.
Liability Waiver: JW Safari Tours SA operates as an intermediary and will not be held financially responsible for accidents or bus mechanical malfunctions, lost or stolen items, food allergies, or if, for an unforeseen occurrence, the trip is not possible (such as a natural disaster or things that are out of our control).
Photo Release Waiver: You hereby grant JW Safari Tours SA permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of JW Safari Tours SA and will not be returned. you hereby irrevocably authorize JW Safari Tours SA to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge JW Safari Tours SA from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are in good emotional and physical health and can adapt to the pace of international group travel. We do not guarantee any emergency medical care or medicine is available in the country visited. We recommend that you carry any medicine or equipment with you at all times or that any special dietary needs will be cared for in the country visited on your itinerary. JW Safari Tours SA acts only as an agent in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours, and other transportation and services in connection with all tours and is not responsible and expressly disclaims any liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, change in itinerary, additional expense, inconvenience or irregularity, whether to person or property incurred during the trip in connection with or relating to the supply or omission of air, sea, land transportation services, hotel, facilities, meals, other services or illness of the client. JW Safari Tours SA cannot be responsible or liable for breakdowns, government actions, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, fire, weather, natural disaster, acts of god, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as the client’s failure to obtain proper documentation, travel insurance and/or follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/check-out places and times, or the delay, loss of or damage to client’s luggage or its contents. The client's ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the air carriers and the client. Reservations are not transferable.
